1. No Refund After Payment
Once the payment is made, your appointment is confirmed with a fixed date & time.
Under no circumstances will a refund be provided after booking.
2. Dissatisfaction or Satisfaction
All appointments and services are availed by clients at their own discretion and free will; no client is ever compelled or forced in any manner.
Whether you feel satisfied or dissatisfied after the session or service the fee will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you request cancellation of your appointment, the fee will not be refunded.
However, you may request a reschedule (subject to availability).
4. Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend the session on the scheduled date & time, no refund will be issued.
You may request a reschedule, but no refund will be possible.
